Why Build Custom Software?

This realization led us down a path of innovation and customization, resulting in the development of a suite of tools designed to meet the distinct needs of our clients.


Our bespoke software solutions are built on the cutting-edge tadabase.io platform. This web-based, AWS cloud-hosted, and SOC2 compliant platform empowers us to rapidly construct and modify relational databases tailored for the specific needs of our clients and our team. It features robust data permissioning, efficient on-screen workflows, seamless integration with our Slack environment for automatic updates, and nightly emails summarizing recent activities.


While TriPeak isn't a software company, we embrace technology to maximize operational efficiency and leverage. Our suite of tools, born from direct customer needs, is tailored to enhance your operations. TriCloud

Streamlining Fund Management for Operational Excellence

TriCloud emerged as our inaugural platform, purposefully designed to revolutionize the onboarding, tracking, and operational management of fund-related information and workflows. This comprehensive tool caters to the intricate demands of running a fund, encapsulating everything from investor management to deal cashflows within a unified, user-friendly interface.


Key Functionalities of TriCloud:

  • Investors: The platform streamlines the investor onboarding process, ensuring all necessary closing documents and supporting materials are meticulously tracked and stored. It further enhances compliance through AI and QP "slot count" features for 3c1 compliance, simplifying investor management.
  • Funds: TriCloud provides a view of each fund, including a detailed schedule of investments and an extensive list of investors, presenting a clear snapshot of the fund's structure and stakeholder engagement.
  • Capital Calls: Facilitating capital call processes, the platform tracks investor funding, manages confirmation communications, and highlights late funders for immediate action, offering a comprehensive overview of funding versus commitments.
  • Entities: Detailed tracking of legal entities is streamlined with TriCloud, encompassing formation information, supporting documents, and entity-level loan tracking, ensuring all entity-related data is organized and accessible.
  • Deals: The platform offers robust deal tracking capabilities, from deal sizing and details to the timeline of activity and supporting documents, alongside capital stack information, enabling a thorough analysis of each investment.
  • Deal Cashflows: TriCloud allows for detailed tracking of investor contributions and projections within each deal, providing both actual and pro forma cashflow details, facilitating precise financial management.
  • Dry Powder Report: A proprietary feature of TriCloud, the Excel-based 'dry powder' report, leverages deal cashflows to offer a granular analysis of fund liquidity, commitments, available versus callable liquidity, and much more. We generally deliver this report weekly to our clients as the primary fund liquidity management tool.
  • Additional Features: Beyond its core functionalities, TriCloud includes a calendar of events and insurance renewals, enhancing operational efficiency and oversight.


While primarily an internal tool, TriCloud boasts a robust client portal, allowing clients to view and track their information seamlessly. This dual functionality ensures that both TriPeak and its clients have real-time access to critical data, empowering them with the information needed to make informed decisions and drive success.

TriPay

Simplifying Payments, Increasing Transparency

TriPay is our payment management platform, engineered to optimize the processing of payables across a broad spectrum of payment methods, including ACH, Fed Wire, SWIFT, paper check, credit card, Venmo, etc. Processing approximately 200-250 payments monthly, TriPay allows us to maintain detailed records of all transactions, ensuring transparency and up-to-date information on payables for all parties involved.


Key Functionalities:

  • Versatile Payment Processing: Handles a wide variety of payment methods to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Immediate Transaction Updates: Keeps all stakeholders informed with real-time updates on payment statuses, fostering an environment of transparency.
  • Simplified Approvals: Clients have direct access to their "approval" and "funding" queues, enabling invoice reviews and one-click payment approvals.
  • Daily Activity Reports: Delivers nightly emails summarizing the day's payment activities, ensuring clients are always informed and ready for what comes next.

TriBuild represents the most recent addition to TriPeak's suite of financial management tools, specifically designed to meet the demands of developers and builders for an accessible, cost-effective project cost accounting solution. Recognizing the challenges posed by more complex and costly platforms like Yardi, TriBuild offers a streamlined approach to managing the financial aspects of construction projects.
